The pages of this tutorial are linked sequentially by using the forward   or  backward   arrows at the top and bottom of each page.  Using these arrows will move you forwards and backwards through the tutorial page by page.  You can also use the navigation bar down the side of each page to quickly jump to the beginning of any major section of this tutorial.  When a link within the tutorial takes you to another web site or page outside of the tutorial itself, that page will open in a new smaller browser window.  These "pop-up" browser windows are resizable and movable, to allow for viewing of both the pop-up window and the tutorial pages.  When you have finished viewing or using the pages or sites you visit as you work through this tutorial, simply close the new browser window, and you will be able to continue working through the tutorial from the point where you left it to visit the other web site.
