What Does This Have to do with Dietitians?

Right about now, you are probably asking, "What does this decision of Ford have to do with dietitians?"

  • Just as Ford sees a pressing need to equip its employees with appropriate skills for "the Internet Age", so all professionals need to enhance their skills.  You can learn about basic and advanced Internet skills in many locations that are not specifically tailored to the needs of food and nutrition professionals.  On my own website, I have developed opportunities to learn these skills in ways that also address the specific interests of my fellow professional colleagues.  Click on the link above to learn more about these opportunities, if you wish.
  • Developing these skills will allow our profession to tap into the unique opportunities which the Internet offers for taking our message and skills to the public in new and innovative ways.

Let's explore in more detail, how the Internet can enhance your dietetic practice!
