- Functional Foods for Health (FFH), a joint program
of the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Illinois
at Urbana-Champaign, is dedicated to the improvement of human health and
the reduction of health care costs through research and education related
to the identification of food components and the development of food products
which have disease-preventative and health promoting benefits.
