Reported Reasons for Not Using Windows-Based Software

The most common reason for not using Windows-based software was a lack of staff or financial resources to perform implementation.  In one case, the fact that DOS-based data could not be automatically migrated into the new Windows version was also a serious deterrent.  Some respondents also indicated a hesitancy to move to a Windows-based version due to reports from other users about technical difficulties with the Windows version.
