Software Systems Usage Rates and Functional Uses
The
two market leaders for performing the full range of
nutrition care and foodservice operations management
functions were CBORD and Computrition. Although they
are clear market leaders from a market share perspective,
these two vendors also scored lowest in terms of reliability and
stability
of the software, satisfaction
of users with vendor's resolution of technical
difficulties experienced, and overall
user satisfaction with their software. This may
be reflective of the fact that these two vendors have only
recently developed Windows-based versions of their
software (recently in comparison to other smaller
nutrition software companies).
