  • The following features and attributes received an "Extremely Important" rating from more than 40% of respondents:
    • At 58.8% of respondents, it is clear that a significant majority of users value great flexibility in the reporting of any data or combination of data held within the application's database.
    • A significant number of users also value the the ability to copy the format of reports to other custom reports.
    • Over 40% of respondents also placed a high value on the ability to store compiled reports so that they could be quickly reprinted without  recompiling (since the compilation process can take significant amounts of time in larger systems).
      • Related to this is the fact that close to the same number of respondents (although less than 40%) greatly valued the ability to print reports to an electronic file.  Electronic files could easily be reprinted later, or used to e-mail reports to others.
