  • A significant level of interest was expressed in having a web-based (or, to a lesser extent, local computer-based) training option for the use of these applications, supplemented with telephone-based training.  This likely reflects a growing concern with the cost of having on-site visits by trainers, especially for "refresher" trainings or training of new staff.
